Return Policy

 FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS, TONERSUPERSALE.COM PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING WARRANTIES: 

•  OEM toner cartridges - 90 days from purchase date (Exchange only.  Full credit )
•  Remanufactured or compatible toner cartridges - 90 days from purchase date (Refund or exchange. Full credit )
•  OEM or compatible drums, drum units and image units - No warranty or returns accepted
In the interest of customer satisfaction, Tonersupersale.com will often ship the replacement product to the customer before receiving the return item back from the customer.  After the customer has received the replacement, tonersupersale.com issues a “call-tag” to have the return item picked up from the customer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM TO TONERSDONENOW.COM WITHIN 30 DAYS, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED OUR PUBLISHED WEBSITE PRICE FOR THE REPLACEMENT ITEM.

FOR ITEMS BEING RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS, OR OTHER CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, TONERSUPERSALE.COM PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY:

 Tonersupersale.com accepts returns on all unopened toner cartridges purchased from tonersupersale.com, provided that the product is returned in a saleable condition and is unopened. To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as when they were originally sold by Tonersupersale.com.
•      OEM toner cartridges - 90 days from purchase date (Less 25% restock fee. Store credit only--No cash refunds)
•      Remanufactured or compatible toner cartridges - 90 days from purchase date (Less 25% restock fee. Store credit only--No cash refunds)
•      OEM or compatible drums, drum units and image units - Due to the sensitive nature of drums and drum units, tonersupersale.com does not allow returns of drums and drum units.
 
CONDITIONS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
 
 All returned items must have a return authorization number provided by tonersupersale.com. To receive an authorization number, please call us at 954-302-8601 or email us at: returns@tonersupersale.com

 No returns will be accepted after the warranty and / or exchange periods listed above. Please do not write “R.A.” numbers on the product packaging.  Please write “R.A.” numbers ONLY ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER. Return items with writing, labels, or any damage or defacing to the product packaging will not be accepted. All returns must be packaged in cardboard shipping container. Please does not ship return items in product packaging.  BOX IT UP PLEASE.
